SUTPC Unveils AI Large Models and Hardware Products at 2026 International Intelligent Transportation Expo, Accelerating Global Expansion with Group Exhibition

On 13 May, the 2026 Xiamen International Intelligent Transportation Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Expo") opened at the Xiamen International Conference and Exhibition Center. Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUTPC"), together with over 20 ecosystem partners, formed a group exhibition and showcased its next‑generation intelligent product series. At the event, SUTPC presented its upgraded next‑generation intelligent transportation operating system TransPaaS 4.0, centered on a transportation large model, as well as its newly developed "CityLoong" autonomous minibus and embodied intelligence unmanned delivery vehicle. This marks SUTPC’s comprehensive acceleration towards an AI‑driven, integrated ground‑air intelligent transportation system with a focus on autonomous driving and low‑altitude applications, while also speeding up overseas market expansion through group collaboration.

Themed "Focusing on Industrial Innovation and Transformation, Empowering Overseas Ecosystem Development", this year’s Expo attracted over 350 enterprises from more than 80 countries and regions. Professional procurement delegations from over 20 countries—including Malaysia, Indonesia, India, South Korea, Thailand, Spain, Germany, the UK, Bhutan, Ethiopia, and Ghana—gathered alongside representatives from upstream and downstream players in domestic road, rail, water, aviation, automotive, and electronic information sectors, as well as experts from research institutions and industry elites. More than 30,000 professional visitors attended the event.


Accelerated Deployment of Autonomous Driving Products

At the Expo, SUTPC highlighted its "CityLoong" autonomous minibus and embodied intelligence unmanned delivery vehicle, both of which integrate AI large‑model decision‑making capabilities.

"CityLoong" is SUTPC’s first mass‑produced autonomous minibus designed for open roads. It features domestically developed high‑performance computing chips, AI large‑model decision‑making capabilities, and safety‑redundant designs, supporting an operational model of "on‑demand response and precise scheduling." The vehicle is scheduled to begin trial operations on Shenzhen’s park loop lines in 2026, with unmanned commercial operations expected within three years. Future applications include urban shuttle services, transport hubs, and park micro‑circulation scenarios.


On the exhibition floor, the embodied intelligence unmanned delivery vehicle drew significant attention with its precise autonomous pick‑up and placement of items. Focused on last‑mile logistics within buildings, the vehicle integrates an autonomous driving chassis and an intelligent robotic arm, enabling it to independently navigate access controls, move between floors, and load/unload cargo. It is suitable for semi‑enclosed environments such as office parks, hotels, hospitals, and exhibition halls, upgrading unmanned delivery from mere "movement" to "operation, interaction, and practical deployment."



Accelerated Iteration of AI‑Driven Technology Infrastructure

At the Expo, SUTPC showcased the upgraded next‑generation intelligent transportation operating system TransPaaS 4.0. Centered on the Shenyan Transportation Large Model, intelligent agents, and embodied intelligence equipment, the system provides a unified platform for transport infrastructure, vehicles, management systems, and business applications. Through the coordinated operation of large and small models and multi‑level linkage control, TransPaaS 4.0 can be applied to urban infrastructure, low‑altitude transportation, intelligent signal control, and transportation‑energy integration scenarios. It ensures overall road‑network equilibrium while also achieving local optimised performance. With advantages such as full‑process digitalisation, AI‑driven intelligence, and real‑world validation in mega‑cities, the system delivers agent‑driven continuous operational capabilities for complex transportation systems.

Full‑Chain Debut with Leading Ecosystem Partners


At this Expo, SUTPC not only brought its latest series of product R&D achievements but also co‑exhibited with more than 20 ecosystem partners, including Huawei, DiDi, Sugon, Amap, Neolix, Jushi Intelligence, and others. The collaboration covers fields such as autonomous driving algorithms, functional unmanned vehicles, vehicle‑road‑cloud collaboration, high‑definition mapping, smart mobility, low‑altitude economy, and smart energy, forming a joint exhibition matrix of "chain‑leading enterprises + core partners." SUTPC will continue to promote large‑scale deployment of autonomous driving, accelerate global expansion through group efforts, and bring innovative technologies from exhibition booths into cities and communities, jointly building a new smart transportation ecosystem with global partners.


Keynote Speech Delivered

At the opening ceremony, SUTPC Chairman Lin Tao delivered a speech titled "Exploring Technical Directions for Next‑Generation Intelligent Transportation Systems", systematically presenting SUTPC’s frontier explorations in next‑generation intelligent transportation systems (ATS). He noted that transportation systems are evolving from passive responsiveness to adaptive control centered on AI large models. Based on the ATS architecture of "cloud‑based traffic brain + edge‑side intelligent agents", SUTPC has developed a series of core achievements, including urban scientific computing large models, smart edge intelligent agents, and autonomous buses, and has carried out comprehensive engineering validation in areas such as Futian Central District and Shenzhen North Station precincts. These efforts aim to fully empower the emerging embodied intelligence industry while promoting the application of proven models in regions such as Hong Kong (China), Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.



During the morning sessions of 14 May (Specialised Forum on ICV Technology Applications) and 15 May (Industry Development Forum on "AI + Transportation"), SUTPC Deputy General Manager Li Xi will deliver focused presentations on "Full‑Lifecycle Safety Supervision and Services for Unmanned Vehicles" and "Next‑Generation Intelligent Transportation Operating System TransPaaS"; Assistant General Manager Qiu Jiandong will provide on‑site introductions to the "CityLoong" autonomous minibus and the embodied intelligence unmanned delivery vehicle.
